Agile Coaching invites for integration of deeper levels of being human at work– motivation, emotion, needs, vision. Intentional communities have been working on this level for decades and have developed tools that are different and complementary to the Agile world. One of these is the ZEGG Forum – a holistic approach to create cohesion and trust through transparency. It is used in many different communities around the world.
In this workshop you will experience it. You enter into authentic connection and learn how to live process dynamics while holding the space with open heart, mind and body. Because you can only guide people to where you have been yourself.
ZEGG Forum is created not to find solutions for problems, but to allow the group to be and see what is. It transforms the culture of the group. From this solutions often emerge, but it's not the goal.
This workshop is a unique opportunity to live this process at the place of its origin – the intentional community ZEGG - and together with others from the Agile tribe.
